We are seeking a skilled Solar Technician to join our dynamic team at ES Solar in Sacramento CA . In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality solar installations that align with our mission of achieving 100% customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us innovate and improve our services continuously. Responsibilities

- Install and maintain solar energy systems according to specifications and safety standards.

- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

- Work with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.

- Ensure compliance with NEC regulations during installations.

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solar installations.

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.

- Qualifications

- Proven experience as an electrician or in a similar role within the renewable energy sector.

- Strong knowledge of AC & DC voltage systems, NEC regulations, and electrical safety standards.

- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.

- Experience working on construction sites is preferred.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
