Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Construction Superintendent located in Marshall, MI. The Solar Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed, organizing and coordinating tasks, managing budgets, and overseeing project management. The role involves daily supervision of construction activities to ensure the successful completion of solar projects.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety

- Strong Organization Skills and Budgeting abilities

- Experience in Project Management

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work on-site in Marshall, MI

- Relevant certifications in construction safety and project management are a plus

- Prior experience in the renewable energy industry is beneficial
