The Assistant Project Manager works with the Project Manager to ensure that all of the residential and commercial solar projects from sales to installation are carried out in a timely manner while providing the client the best experience.
- Directly work with engineering department and field, to provide a smooth process for completion of solar project
- Work with different AHJ's to comply with all requirements to submit for permit approvals
- Schedule city inspections with city inspectors
- Handle inspection requirements and inspector communication
- Handle solar interconnection (NEM) with utility companies
- Handle HOA paperwork and process
- Follow up with AHJ's Engineering, Sales on outstanding items
- 3 or more years of solar experience
- NEM experience
- Experience with HOA, cities, and counties
- Customer service, management, organizational
- Teamwork and self-motivated
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, DocuSign, Google Suite, Panda Docs, CRM tools, Mapping tools, online solar platforms
- 3 or more years of solar experience
- NEM experience
- Must be able to work full-time
