Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead our solar installation projects from concept to PTO.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Solar Project Manager with proven field experience to oversee residential and commercial solar installations. This is a leadership role you’ll coordinate crews, and vendors, manage project timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact from kickoff to close-out. If you’ve successfully delivered solar projects before, thrive under pressure, and know how to keep complex jobs on track and on budget, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and manage residential and commercial solar installation projects from start to PTO.

- Lead field teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timeline adherence.

- Review engineering plans, permitting requirements, and utility interconnection details.

- Coordinate with AHJs, inspectors, and utilities to keep projects moving.

- Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients.

- Maintain documentation and ensure projects meet compliance, code, and company standards.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of project management experience in solar installation

- Understanding of PV systems, interconnection processes, permitting, and AHJ requirements.

- Strong organizational and communication skills able to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders.

- Proficiency with project management software, CRM platforms, and job tracking tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
