Software Engineer

This is an evergreen posting for Software Engineering roles with ScaleU's network of VC-backed startup clients in the NYC area we are seeking candidates with experience in front end, back end, and/or full stack development

ScaleU is a recruiting agency focused on early stage, VC-backed tech startups in New York City. We specialize in helping our clients, who are typically Seed or Series A, find top tier engineers to join their teams. Base salary for someone with 3+ years of experience is around $170-220k with a significant equity stake at these startups.

The ideal candidate with a mix of established Big Tech and early stage startup experience, including internships, projects, co-ops, etc. We work with different industries like AI, healthcare, defense, crypto, fintech and are primarily in-person or hybrid.
