$20.43 an hour and after probation period increases to $25.49 an hr, plus biweekly production bonus, shift premiums, and 354 annual hours of built in overtime.

Your Purpose

Perform all operations necessary in the preparation and use of slide gates and ladles involved in the Melt Shop functions of tapping, refining, pouring, and casting heats. Coordinate transportation of ladles in and out of the shop to ensure the proper amount is available. Follow prescribed methods, procedures, instructions, and sequence of operations.
