Worthington Steel is looking for highly motivated individuals to join the manufacturing team at our Columbus Steel plant. Whether or you are newer to the workforce or looking for a career change, we offer on-the-job training to teach you new skills and help you build a career in manufacturing.

As a member of our crew, you will learn to operate or support our production lines – you may be responsible for packaging/banding material, setting up & assisting with machine operation, weighing and/or moving material around the plant with a forklift and/or crane for production to run smoothly.
