Skilled Tradesman

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team. As a Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction and maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in various trades such as electrical work, trim carpentry, masonry, tile laying, cabinet installation, and welding. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools and possess a strong attention to detail. Duties: - Perform electrical installations and repairs - Conduct trim carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards, crown molding, and window casings - Carry out masonry work including bricklaying and concrete repairs - Lay tiles for flooring and walls - Restore and repair damaged structures or surfaces - Utilize Bluebeam software to create and modify construction documents - Fabricate materials as needed for construction projects - Install cabinets and other fixtures - Weld metal components as required Requirements: - Proven experience in various trades such as electrical work, trim carpentry, masonry, tile laying, cabinet installation, and welding - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Ability to read blueprints and construction documents - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship - Excellent problem-solving skills - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks - Ability to work independently or as part of a team Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to applicable laws and regulations.
