Standard schedule is Monday through Friday. Weekends on an as needed basis.

- Assist skilled tradespeople (such as pipefitters, carpenters, and ironworkers) with tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and systems.
- Prepare, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials needed for daily work.
- Measure, cut, and handle materials under the direction of a skilled craft worker.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe environment.
- Follow instructions to support assembly, fabrication, or dismantling of industrial structures and equipment.
- Perform basic labor duties such as lifting, holding, or positioning parts and materials during installation or repair.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and industrial standards.
- Assist with inspections and routine maintenance activities as directed.
- Support efficiency of operations by anticipating needs and proactively preparing work areas.- Must have 1-2+ years of experience working as an industrial Skilled Craft Helper

Employees are required to utilize their own tools. A detailed tool list will be provided during processing.
Working conditions encountered in this job include those found in a typical outdoor manufacturing setting which includes exposure to outside weather conditions, work at elevated heights, climbing of stairs and ladders, and physical manipulation of tools and mechanical equipment. This job demands the use of typical manufacturing personal protective equipment as well as advanced protective equipment as needed.
