Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing various civil engineering projects. This role requires a strong foundation in engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals. The Civil Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

•

Design and analyze civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, pipelines, and water management systems.

•

Utilize software tools such as CAD, Revit, and Mathcad for drafting and modeling project designs.

•

Conduct hydraulic analysis and design for water distribution systems using SWMM and HEC methodologies.

•

Collaborate with construction management teams to oversee project implementation and ensure compliance with design specifications.

•

Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation for project stakeholders.

•

Perform site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

•

Engage in effective communication with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.

•

Proficiency in CAD software; experience with Revit is a plus.

•

Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pipeline design principles.

•

Familiarity with construction management practices.

•

Experience with engineering analysis tools such as Mathcad, SWMM, and HEC is preferred.

•

Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.

•

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

•

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

•

Professional Engineering (PE) license is desirable but not mandatory.
