Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented After Paint Finishes Technician to join our team serving production home builders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various finishing elements in newly constructed homes, ensuring a polished and professional end result.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Install shower doors, closet shelving, bath accessories, and hardware according to specifications and quality standards.
•
Collaborate closely with other trades to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
•
Perform quality checks on all installations to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.
•
Maintain company van and tools, ensuring they are kept in good working condition.
•
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
•
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
•
Proven experience in installation or related trades (carpentry, plumbing, etc.).
•
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•
Knowledge of tools and equipment used in installations.
Compensation:
•
Starting pay of $28/hour, with performance bonuses available based on individual and team performance.
•
Company van and tools provided.
