Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX for a Shipping Specialist. The Shipping Specialist will be responsible for handling the daily shipping and receiving operations, packing and coordinating shipments, operating forklifts, and managing inventory control. The individual will ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods, oversee loading and unloading processes, and maintain organized records of all shipping activities.

Qualifications

- Experience in Shipping & Receiving, and Shipping

- Skills in Packing and Forklift Operation

- Knowledge of Inventory Control

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Basic computer skills for managing shipping records

- Prior experience in the drilling or electrical supply industry is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent
