Bondhus Corporation, a worldwide leader in the hand tool industry, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to work at the Monticello, MN facility.

Shipping Coordinator job details include:

· Pick orders from picking list & document including identifying backorders

· Build & secure oversized shipments on pallets for delivery

· Review inventory needs for orders & advise appropriate teams of stock needs

· Respond to requests from sales, customer service, & customers

· Package & ship orders; prioritize order to meet customer service requirements & due dates, package order, weigh package & select shipment method per customer needs & cost consideration & prepare shipping labels

· Maintain knowledge of foreign & domestic shipping methods & customs regulations

· Receive incoming packages & match packing slip with ordered quantities

· Use appropriate safety equipment, safe lifting & work habits, & maintain a safe work environment

Shipping Coordinator requirements:

· 12 months+ of shipping/similar experience

· International Shipping experience preferred

· Bending, standing, & lifting up to 60 pounds

· Able to do repetitive physically demanding work

· Good communication skills

· Automated systems, numerical aptitude

· Attention to detail

· Team player

· Must pass a criminal background check & a non-marijuana drug screen

1st Shift work schedule: Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 4:00pm

Bondhus is committed to providing salary ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $23.48. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
