Shipping and Receiving Associate

The ideal candidate would be local within a 30 mile radius and have experience in manufacturing "receiving" incoming items against a Purchase Order.

Skills/Qualifications:

- High school diploma - minimum education level

- Good Reader- Detail Oriented- Excellent Recall

- Highly organized in a multitasking work environment

- Excellent communication skills.

- Fast and efficient work ethic.

- Ability to multi-task.

- Able to meet deadlines and manage time.

- Able to lift 50-70 lbs. safely.

Responsibilities:

Receiving Responsibilities:

- Receive in raw material that meets both the specification of the customer, specification of the customer and the Purchase order submitted by 3-D.

- Physically mark material to retain certification details throughout the manufacturing process.

- Using Inspection stamp on the work instruction to verify step has been completed.

- Careful Detail using visual inspection of the parts as they come into the facility from outside vendors

- Careful Detail using visual inspection of the quality and quantity of tools, inserts and other items Off the shelf that are being received into the facility, and reporting anything unexpected or suspicious to supervisor.

Shipping Responsibilities:

- Follow the work instructions and ship schedule to maintain timeliness of the part ultimately to the customer.

- Much “drawing specified packaging” required to prevent damage while shipping to outside vendors or final shipment to customers.

- Careful Detail to include required paperwork inside each package and label with PROPER destination address.

- Careful Detail to visually inspect parts as they are shipped out of the facility to outside vendors and customers.

INSPECTION FOR HIGH QUALITY OF THE PART IS EXPECTED OF EVERYONE IN ALL DEPARTMENTS TO MAINTAIN 3-D EXCELLENCE…..
