We are actively seeking an experienced Shift Engineer to join our Operations team in our Lloydminster Thermal division at our Meota West 2 facility. The Shift Engineer will lead their assigned team to maintain the safe and efficient operation of the plant by optimizing production and maintaining all processes within specifications. This role includes mentoring and developing shift team members. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures, plant equipment and plant operations. Additionally, they will drive improvements to work routines that enhance performance without compromising safety or product quality.
