What You’ll Do

At Anthony PHCE, we believe in craftsmanship, professionalism, and building long-term careers. As a Sewer Install Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced installers and supervisors while learning the technical and physical aspects of sewer replacement and repair. This is a hands-on, structured role with clear processes designed to help you succeed and grow.

- Assist with excavation setup, trench preparation, and backfilling under supervision

- Support installation of sewer piping, fittings, and connections to company standards

- Handle, stage, and maintain materials, tools, and equipment for efficient workflow

- Operate as a spotter for excavation equipment when needed

- Restore job sites by grading, tamping, and cleaning up work areas

- Maintain safe and organized work areas, following OSHA and company standards

- Track material usage and support accurate job documentation

- Participate in training, safety meetings, and skill-building sessions

What You Bring to the Team

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)

- No prior sewer experience needed—training provided

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

- Ability to follow clear written and verbal instructions

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred

- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work outdoors in all weather, and perform manual labor

- Professional appearance and a respectful, team-focused attitude

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
