to drive our natural gas settlement operations as we revolutionize sustainable production.

🌟 Why This Role Matters:

You'll be at the center of daily settlement processes for natural gas transactions, managing trading settlements, pipeline capacity, and imbalances while helping deliver the world's first commercial net-zero natural gas. This isn't just accounting - it's building the financial backbone of the transition.

💼 What You'll Do:

- Lead daily settlement processes for natural gas transactions, including physical and financial deals

- Resolve disputes related to pricing, quantities, tariffs, and imbalances with trading and commercial teams

- Ensure timely invoicing and payment processing for marketers, utilities, and pipeline operators

- Act as subject matter expert for ETRM and ERP systems related to natural gas settlements

- Ensure compliance with GAAP, FERC regulations, and internal financial policies

- Develop process improvements to enhance settlement accuracy and efficiency

🎯 What You Bring:

- Experience in natural gas marketing, pipeline settlements, or operations

- Knowledge of natural gas transportation, storage, trading, and contracts

- Strong understanding of GAAP, FERC, and industry regulatory frameworks

- Advanced Excel and analytical skills for managing large data sets

- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations across multiple counterparties

- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field

- CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required
