Regular Work Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The schedule will vary; overtime as needed. Travel to job sites up to 90% of the time may be required.

About the Role:
Set Up Technicians are part of a team of highly-motivated operations staff, in the business of providing top-notch service to a wide range of industry participants who rent and lease temporary buildings from Triumph, such as containers and “single wide” mobile offices and “multi-unit” modular buildings. You will work in a LEAN operating environment, where a team develops commonly understood words and processes to achieve perpetual efficiency improvements.
Core Functions and Responsibilities:
•Adhere to company and client (via contract) safety policies and procedures.
•Maintain all PPE required to do the project per policy.
•Install and remove modular buildings at customers' job sites safely and per the manufacturer’s directions.
•Install and remove ancillary items such as skirting, tie-downs, ramps, stairs, furniture, or modifications per Triumph’s project Work order.
•Communicate any changes made during the installation and removal process.
•Adhere to JHA’s as required for Triumph and customers.
•Complete thorough inspections of units after installation and before breakdowns.
•Photograph project completions and send them to the Set Up Supervisor or Field Ops Manager.
•Complete through punch list and obtain customer sign-offs in conjunction with the Set-Up Supervisor and Field Operations Manager.
•Report any damage to the building to the operations manager.
•Maintain onsite equipment and tools (translifts, lulls, utility trailers, trucks, etc.) and report defective equipment to Field Operations Manager.
•Record and report any near misses or injuries.
•Fill out daily vehicle inspection reports, including checking fuel, oil, hoses, lights, and/or any other visible damage, regardless of any deficiencies.
•Clean trucks inside and out weekly.
•Perform site visits as required.
•+ Other duties as required.
Shop Duties:
•Clean and repair office trailers and ground-level containers.
•Help maintain grounds, shop, and storage containers with supplies in them to keep a safe and hazard-free work environment.
•Report to supervisor when units are clean, repaired, and ready for rent.
•Help drivers to load and unload when needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•2+ years of relevant/ related type work
•Excellent driving record
•Valid forklift certification
•Operate all company vehicles, tools, and equipment safely and appropriately.
•Communicate clearly and regularly (verbally and in writing).
Physical Requirement:
•Able to lift 50lbs or more
•Able to bend, twist, climb ladders, and get into awkward positions while maintaining equipment.
•Ability to work in a high noise and dust level environment.
