Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Operator/Technician to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible to set-up and control operations of single & multiple CNC machine equipment. Must ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. This position requires a strong technical/mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.
Duties
•Fanuc robot operation and trouble shooting
•Read and interpret measurement reports..
•Perform required routine preventative maintenance and assist maintenance personnel during required repairs and maintenance cycles, and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise.
•Maintain accurate records of work performed and set-ups established on each production cell.
•Use prescribed measuring devices and equipment to ensure product meets specifications.
•Communicates with the quality department on deviations to the product or changes on the production equipment (eg. Tool change)
•Maintains equipment and work area appropriately and in accordance with plant wide 5S system. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
•Identifies potentials for improvement and makes active suggestions.
•Employ basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Computer knowledge
•Use hand tools effectively for assembly and adjustments as needed.
Experience
•Previous experience in automotive manufacturing setting is preferred.
•Familiarity with handling materials processes is advantageous.
•Proficiency in operating cnc machines, fanuc robots, and troubleshooting
•Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
•Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
