Journeyman HVAC Service Technician – Residential and Light Commercial

NOW HIRING an HVAC Service Technician for Residential and Light Commercial customers for a non-sales position

We seek an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in a full-time, regular M - F daytime position. Overtime is available but never required! Typical jobs include residential and commercial service requests for Boilers, Mini Splits, rooftop units, indoor air cleaners, furnaces, and AC units. What we offer:

- $40-50 hourly rate. This is an hourly rate and the compensation rate is not based on sales or commission.

- A $10,000 sign-on bonus if you have at least one comp card

In addition, we offer:

- Monday – Friday schedule 7 AM to 4 PM, with optional overtime

- On-call one week a month / $80 per hour rate for service calls / no calls after midnight

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of HVAC Technical Service experience and a combination of residential and commercial experience. MSP Comp Card, preferred. Boiler service experience is a must! This position is well suited to an individual who enjoys customer interaction, is a master troubleshooter, has Service Titan experience, and is interested in being a part of a growing company. We require a valid driver’s license, an ability to work independently, and an interest in providing a high level of customer service to every client.
