Essential Duties:

+ Answering inbound calls timely + Proactively making outbound calls to Anthony & Sylvan customers to book their pool services + Proactively communicates with customers to resolve issues. Ensures timely completion of all projects with minimum disruption to the customer’s property and swim season.
