Residential Service Plumber

We currently have an opening for a Top-notch Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team.

Pay: Up to $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Work Hours: 7:30 - 5:00, some evenings, weekends and holidays

Qualifications and Essential Functions:

Valid Drivers License

Insurable Driving Record

5+ years of residential experience preferred

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Detail-oriented, organized

Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes

Willing to work in all types of weather

Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade

Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work

Well organized and ability to work independently

Knowledge of Plumbing Code

Knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques

Ability to install water heaters, toilets, disposals and faucets

Ability to service common residential plumbing equipment

Basic understanding of gas a plus

Perform drain cleaning of branch lines and main lines

Ability to use leak detection equipment

Ability to service light commercial systems is a plus

Ability to properly care for and operate jetters and mini excavators is a plus
