Service / Install Manager

In business since 1929, Aero Energy is a $100 million employee-owned HVAC and fuel delivery company headquartered in New Oxford, PA with additional facilities throughout south central PA and MD. We are looking for full time Service / Install Manager in Cambridge and surrounding areas. Below are the responsibilities for this position.

· Work with HVAC Sales to receive in equipment, check-in and stage equipment and also will be responsible for returns to supply houses.

· Keeps management informed by daily follow-up calls, weekly work plans and e-mail communications

· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; and working with HVAC Install Foreman and Service Manager; making recommendations to management. Service/Install Manager (Eastern Shore) will report directly to HVAC Operations Manager but will be supported by HVAC Install Manager and Service Manager.

· Monitor service techs, provide direction for productivity and work with Dispatch to keep schedules full and productive.

· Monitor “Follow-up Screen” for needed follow-up’s for parts and request for estimates.

· Source special order parts as needed and work with dispatch and customers to schedule follow-up repairs.

· Provide technical support to HVAC sales for installs and custom service contracts.

· Provide training to service techs and installers as needed.

· Continue to lead installs until staffing is appropriate to transition to a lead installer.

· Maintain Maryland, Delaware and Virginia trade licenses a Plus but not required.

· Participate in recruiting talent through trade organizations, trade school and technical school relationships and visits.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge of the HVAC business.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Any other task deemed necessary to support the Service, HVAC Installation and the District Manager of the Cambridge office as well any other Aero Energy department.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
