Senior Talent Sourcer

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the talent acquisition process, assisting with sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.

Duties

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Utilize various sourcing methods including social media management, job boards, and networking to attract potential candidates.

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.

- Assist in the development of job descriptions and postings to attract qualified applicants.

- Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.

- Support campus recruitment initiatives and engage in lead generation activities to build a talent pipeline.

- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance talent acquisition strategies.

- Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.

- Participate in training and development initiatives to improve recruitment skills within the team.

Requirements

- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, with a focus on Nuclear project specific recruiting being highly desirable.

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

- Familiarity with employment & labor law as it pertains to recruitment processes.

- Experience with executive recruiting, internal recruiting, or campus recruitment is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.

- Knowledge of employee evaluation processes and employee relations best practices.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- A proactive approach to cold calling potential candidates and generating interest in open positions.
