About This Job

Job Description Summary

Systems Engineering is a cross-functional discipline that combines technical and business perspectives through a structured approach, mindset, and process. It focuses on delivering high-quality solutions that meet user needs by balancing both customer requirements and technical feasibility.

This discipline involves a robust process that spans from concept through production to operation. Key activities include:

- Identifying and quantifying system requirements

- Developing and evaluating alternative design concepts

- Performing design trade-offs and selecting optimal solutions

- Implementing, verifying, and integrating the chosen design

The role may include planning and executing departmental operations or leading activities within a specific technical domain. While the work is guided by established policies and expected outcomes, there is flexibility to adapt processes and practices—so long as the final results meet quality, timeline, and performance standards.
