POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Scheduler is responsible for leading the planning, development, coordination, and control of project schedules throughout the entire lifecycle. You will ensure scheduling alignment across engineering, procurement, and construction functions, enabling competitive, risk-informed scheduling strategies. This role directly supports large-scale, complex EPC projects, with a focus on semiconductor facilities, cleanrooms, tool installs, and related infrastructure.

Compensation
$170,000 – $200,000 annually (flexible based on experience)
Schedule
On-site, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) with flexible start times
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Senior Scheduler
•Oversee and manage the full project scheduling lifecycle, including baseline development, progress updates, forecasting, and change management
•Lead and supervise a team of 6–10 schedulers across multiple concurrent high-tech construction projects
•Coordinate scheduling activities between engineering, procurement, and construction functions
•Develop, maintain, and report on Primavera P6 schedules (WBS, logic, constraints, resource/cost loading, float analysis)
•Identify critical paths, schedule risks, and develop mitigation strategies
•Manage schedule-related change processes and integrate with cost and risk management
•Participate in project team meetings and interface with key stakeholders and senior leadership
•Ensure compliance with internal standards and client-specific scheduling requirements
•Produce progress reports, earned value metrics, and performance benchmarks
•Promote schedule standardization and continuous improvement across projects
•Optionally integrate schedule data with BIM models for enhanced visibility and coordination
QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree preferred (engineering, construction management, or related field)
•10+ years of experience in project scheduling within the construction, EPC, or semiconductor industry
•Proven leadership experience managing scheduling teams on large-scale capital projects
•Expert-level proficiency with Primavera P6, including resource and cost loading
•Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), earned value management (EVM), and project controls functions
•Experience in semiconductor plants, cleanrooms, tool installs, or process/clean utility systems highly preferred
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
•Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Experience integrating schedules with BIM tools is a plus
