The Senior Proposal Engineer will work directly with engineering teams to develop engineering inputs to a diverse team responsible for the development of new plant engineering proposals, early works agreements and new product developments.

In this position the Senior Proposal Engineer will drive timely decision making of technical issues related to the application of our standard plant on different opportunities, proposal technical write-ups, engineering estimates and schedule development. The Senior Proposal Engineer will coordinate, expedite, and close open issues/concern and be responsible to ensure on-time and budget delivery of early works projects and new product developments.

The base pay range for this position is $112,000-160,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 7/18/2025.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
