Senior Project Manager (Healthcare / K-12 Construction)
Dallas, TX | $130,000–$150,000 + Benefits (DOE)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager in Healthcare to join our well-established Dallas-based general contractor with deep roots in K-12 and commercial construction across North Texas — and we’re strategically expanding our healthcare portfolio. To help us grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who’s ready to take the lead and make an immediate impact.
With a strong reputation, a steady pipeline of work, and a clear vision for growth in healthcare, we’re seeking a seasoned leader who not only understands healthcare construction but also brings strong local relationships to the table.
What You’ll Do:
•Lead complex healthcare and K-12 projects from preconstruction through closeout — overseeing budgets, schedules, teams, and client expectations
•Leverage your existing network of engineers, vendors, local officials, and clients to help us win and deliver projects across DFW
•Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, design teams, and clients — building long-term partnerships and trusted relationships
•Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape and grow the healthcare side of our business
•Manage subcontractors, ensure jobsite safety, and maintain high-quality standards throughout execution
What We’re Looking For:
•Extensive project management experience in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare and/or K-12
•Strong relationships with North Texas engineers, vendors, local authorities, and clients (DFW market experience strongly preferred)
•A proactive, business development mindset — someone who can identify and pursue new opportunities
•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
•Knowledge of healthcare-specific construction standards (AHCA, OSHPD, Joint Commission, etc., is a plus)
Compensation & Benefits:
•Base salary: $130,000–$150,000 DOE
•Comprehensive benefits package
•Clear growth potential as we expand our healthcare footprint
•A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your expertise will directly shape the future of our company
