Senior Project Manager / Client Services Manager (Water & Wastewater)

Ardurra is looking to hire an experienced Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager or Client Services Manager to join our team in the Norfolk/Richmond, VA Tidewater region.

Our innovative water and wastewater engineers collaborate closely with clients to plan, design, permit, and construct systems that address their needs comprehensively. This approach allows our clients to make smarter investments, resulting in lower life cycle costs and additional benefits.

As a recognized leader in the Southeast water industry, our projects encompass treatment and infrastructure initiatives for municipal and institutional clients. Our work ranges from drinking water supply to water reuse and wastewater management. We have the capability to support projects of all sizes within a flexible and innovative team environment.

Primary Function:

This position is a strategic hire to support local clients and projects and be a catalyst for growing a new Ardurra region. We have client relationships and projects, and see an opportunity for continued growth in the Tidewater, VA, region. The role will manage multidisciplinary projects consisting of water/wastewater collection/distribution systems and treatment for municipal and institutional clients across the region.

Responsible for performing or managing the technical design and/or hydraulic modeling requirements for water/wastewater projects. Additional consideration will be given to those who have experience managing a team of engineers, EITs, designers, and sub-consultants to successfully execute these types of projects.
