Role Reports To: Head of Project Development

Position Snapshot

In this role, you will be a part of a dedicated team focused on mid-to-late-stage project development with a specific goal of delivering construction-ready renewable energy projects on time to meet our customer commitments.

- Lead mid-to-late stage development of utility-scale renewable projects

- Manage interconnection, engineering, and stakeholder engagement

- Oversee budgets, schedules, and financial inputs for investment decisions

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and align with project finance strategy

- Monitor market trends and ensure project readiness for execution and financing

Minimum Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, environmental studies, business, or related field

- 5+ years of experience advancing renewable energy projects to NTP

- Utility-scale solar, wind, or BESS experience preferred

- Strong communication, market analysis, and financial modeling skills

- Proven success across permitting, interconnection, real estate, and EPC coordination

- Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative

- Willingness to travel up to 30%

The salary for this position typically ranges from the minimum to the mid-point annually, based on experience and qualifications.
