Job Description:

- Some experience working at an early or growth stage startup (<300) backed by a highly-reputable venture firm. Or, has worked at a tech company with an industry reputation for hiring top-talent. Internships do not count.

- Undergraduate degree from either a top-tier university/college (~top 30) or an elite engineering program (~top 10: Waterloo, GT, etc.)

- 5-15 years of experience - as a SWE. No Solutions Engineers or Technical Consultants.

- Senior - Staff level product development experience. Ideally as a full-stack or frontend focused developer. Someone with mostly back-end experience could suffice if they explicitly work on products, not infra/data science/ML.

- Should have extensive experience building scalable backend applications in Python and Next.js/Typescript or Go

- 6-10 years of experience - as a full stack engineer with a focus on building efficient and scalable backends for complex applications

- Able to work across our stack: React, Next.js (Js/Ts), Python, AWS CS degree from a top 50 university

- Worked at a company with a high bar for engineering and lot of autonomy building products (Gong, Circleback AI, Apollo, Clay, etc.)

- Ready to work in a startup environment and build 0 -> 1 and able to work around problems.

- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing.

- Someone working hands on with code and architecture in the last three years.

- Built products integrated with LLMs is a significant plus.

- Someone who is excited to talk about engineering problems daily and spend time building with a lot of experienced engineers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
