🔍 ICM Group are hiring: Downstream Process Engineer – Utilities

Are you an experienced Utilities Enginee r passionate about keeping refineries and petrochemical plants running like clockwork? We are seeking a hands-on expert with deep utilities knowledge (steam, boilers, desalination, cooling, compressed air, power) to join the Global Manufacturing team.

What You’ll Do

🔧 Monitor, analyze, and improve critical utility systems—steam, water, energy efficiency, reliability.

📈 Prepare quarterly benchmarks and host workshops to share best operating practices globally.

🌍 Provide technical support for start-up, shutdowns, troubleshooting, and performance validation.

🛠 Implement quick process improvements and support larger capital initiatives.

🧪 Lead safety assessments (HAZOP, SIL), investigate incidents, and maintain engineering standards.

🚀 Introduce new utility technologies and deliver in-house training.

What You’ll Bring:

BSc in Chemical Engineering.

15+ years in utilities amid refineries/petrochemical, including 10+ in hands-on operations (boilers, steam, desalination.

Strong data analysis and visualization skills.

Safety-focused, with real-world HAZOP/SIL experience.

Excellent leadership, reporting, and English communication skills.
