Sr. Process Engineer & Strategy Analyst

Tegre Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Process Engineer & Strategy Analyst

to support both our

group and our growing

business line. This dual-role position blends deep technical engineering with strategic business analysis to drive innovative and cost-effective solutions for complex client challenges.

You will lead process design efforts on a wide variety of projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the development of high-impact strategies that fuel our growth and success. This is a key position that bridges technical excellence with business acumen.

Responsibilities

: Deliver process engineering design across all phases—conceptual, front-end, and detailed design.

: Prepare key deliverables including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), equipment datasheets, line sizing calculations, and complete Process Design Packages.

: Utilize HYSYS and other process simulation tools to conduct analysis and validate design assumptions.

: Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-discipline teams to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.

: Coach and support junior process engineers in developing their technical capabilities.

: Troubleshoot issues during construction, commissioning, and operations, recommending practical and cost-effective engineering solutions.

: Provide input into Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and participate actively in safety review processes.

: Analyze and develop process strategies and economic models for complex, open-ended problems; translate insights into actionable, value-driven solutions for clients.

: Work directly with clients across technical, business development, and executive levels.
