Senior Plumbing Service Technician

In this position, you will not only handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems—you will also play a critical role in shaping the success of our field team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing and training junior technicians and helpers, ensuring adherence to company procedures, and setting the standard for professionalism, safety, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
•Assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems, including residential and commercial setups
•Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
•Maintain and service sewer systems
•Install, repair, and troubleshoot water heater systems
•Provide on-call support every 7–10 weeks (commission-based)
•Train and oversee new hires and plumbing helpers
•Deliver outstanding customer service
•Learn and adapt quickly to new challenges
•Adhere strictly to safety policies and procedures
•Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
•Minimum 8 years of plumbing experience (residential and commercial)
•Familiarity with state and local plumbing codes
•Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance requirements
•Ability to manage physically demanding work
•Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Proven ability to lead and train others
•Adaptable, dependable, and motivated to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
