The senior payroll analyst works with payroll, human resources and operations team members to provide reporting, analysis and payroll processing support as needed. The primary responsibility is to deliver data analysis and reporting accurately and timely and support the payroll function in providing excellent customer service to our employees.

1. Compile and analyze payroll data for recurring and ad-hoc payroll reporting requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.
2. Provide support to Corp and Operations payroll staff for weekly and biweekly payroll processing.
3. Review and process tax payments and filings for multiple entities.
4. Provide analysis and reporting interpretation for internal management.
5. Help ensure all payroll reporting and activities remain compliant with federal, state and local tax laws, as well as other regulations and requirements.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
3. Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
