The Senior Investor Relations Analyst will provide strong communication development, analytical, administrative and operation support, while also contributing to projects that drive investor engagement.
Investor Relations Operations: Participate in the preparation of materials to support earnings cycle and investor events such as investor day. Develop ad hoc presentations, and investor relations collateral material including:
- Other earnings materials including Q&A preparation materials
Investor Relations Program Coordination: Partner with Senior Director and Senior Analyst to overhaul investor targeting program. Maintain relationships with sell-side analysts and investors and work closely with ELT executive assistants to coordinate key internal earnings prep meetings, working with external earnings call vendor to prep webcast, facilitate investor call scheduling, analyst conferences and NDR logistics, and internal ELT meeting scheduling, and maintain oversight of the Investor Relations website.
Analysis and Insights: Read and analyze competitor and industry related research and press releases. Develop a clear view of consensus estimates versus our own internal forecasts. Support Senior director and Senior analyst in developing and maintaining a Mosaic detailed financial model and update with Mosaic actual financial and operating results and forecasts and model to monitor actual results and analyst estimates. Support other ad hoc analysis and complete other job duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
- CFA/CPA preferred
- 5+ year of related finance, communications or investor relations experience.- Experience in a large, product-based global enterprise (chemicals, manufacturing or mining) is a plus.
- Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills, which includes strong writing and editing skills.
