Senior Human Resources Associate
who thrives on managing complex assignments, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent support to our HR and sector leaders.
What You’ll Do:
•Lead the assignment process for a specialized employee group, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
•Provide expert interpretation of policies and regulations, guiding HR and business leaders on tax and legal compliance.
•Act as the primary point of contact for daily communications—handling emails and calls from professionals and internal stakeholders.
•Identify and escalate issues that require managerial attention for timely resolution.
•Champion continuous improvement initiatives and help manage the impacts of change.
•Conduct thorough audits and follow-ups to maintain accurate and complete assignment records.
•Monitor monthly activity reports and stay updated on government regulations (like IRS Mileage Rates, GSA Per Diems) to recommend necessary actions.
•Develop and maintain clear process documentation to support the team and future growth.
What You Bring:
•Previous experience in Banking, Data Entry, or Human Resources.
•Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
•Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams.
Education & Requirements:
•High School Diploma or GED required.
