The Senior Human Factors Engineer (HFE) leads teams and engages in complex planning and application responsibilities that designs or modifies tasks, work environment, and plant interfaces based on human characteristics, capabilities, and limitations resulting in human error prevention and mitigation, as well as human performance optimization to perform operations, maintenance, inspection and test activities for existing nuclear plants and next-generation reactors.
