NEUCO is seeking a Senior Field Support Administrator to join our team! Under the supervision of the Controller, the Senior Field Support Administrator provides administrative support to field operations. Assist with daily construction job planning, with a strong emphasis on organization, efficiency, time management and safety.

What You'll Do

- Manage Job Files and review foreman reports for accuracy

- Assist with job planning

- Enter crew hours and record completed work

- Assist with and distribute daily and weekly schedules

- Verify work status reports and submit to clients

- Invoice customers upon work completion

- Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

- 5+ Years of related experience preferred

- Excellent Customer Service skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Experience with ERP systems preferred

Work Environment

- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment

- Flexibility to work different schedules and stay late with little or no notice

- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing

- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments

- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Legal Stuff

- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens

- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify

- Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
