As a Senior Estimator, you will play a critical leadership role within our preconstruction team, responsible for producing and overseeing detailed cost estimates for all phases of shell construction—including concrete, masonry, and carpentry. Your primary focus will be delivering accurate, strategic, and timely proposals that support a range of project types, from high-end custom homes and coastal estates to residential subdivisions and commercial structures.
This position requires a strong foundation in field practices, a deep understanding of plan interpretation, and the ability to translate drawings and specifications into real-world, production-based pricing. You will coordinate closely with company leadership, project managers, and field personnel to ensure estimates reflect actual jobsite conditions, procurement strategies, and construction timelines.
In addition to managing your own workload of estimates, you’ll act as a mentor and technical resource to junior estimators—reviewing their takeoffs, refining their scopes, and helping them grow into future leaders within the organization. You’ll also play a key role in evolving our estimating systems and workflows, offering insight into market trends, historical costs, and vendor pricing to enhance the overall accuracy and efficiency of our preconstruction process.
This is a high-visibility position with direct influence over company profitability, project acquisition, and strategic planning. It’s a perfect fit for a results-driven professional who understands both the art and science of construction estimating.
