Position Specific Description

Position supports the internal cultural resources team within the corporate Environmental Services Department in cultural resource matters related to development, environmental permitting, and construction compliance of wind, solar, natural gas, transmission, gas infrastructure, and other development projects throughout the US and Canada. The successful candidate will assist with strategy, risk management, and avoidance/mitigation measures for a wide range of cultural resources including archaeological sites, architectural structures and buildings resources, historic landscapes/scenic trails, National Historic Landmarks, and be able to help identify tribal cultural resources, etc. The candidate will also be expected to help develop processes to ensure consistency of cultural resource survey and analysis approaches across all NEE regions, as appropriate.

The job is 5 days a week onsite in Juno Beach, FL. In and out of state travel, with overnight stays and extended hours, will be required.
