Job Description Summary

The Senior Engineer, Fleet engineering – Blades will lead fleet performance management actions for Blade RCAs. This team provides wing to wing major product technical ownership on Blade related issues. They will own, execute and resolve RCAs related to Blades for ongoing and emerging issues within the core fleet.

They are responsible for driving sustained product improvement throughout our contracted fleet striving to build the worlds best running fleet. They will develop, own, implement, and support product quality initiatives across the global product. They will drive process improvement, closed loop lessons learned with our design segment partners across product life cycle.

The salary range for this position is $111,200 - $185,400 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation. This posting is expected to close on May 22nd or thereafter.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.*
