Senior Electromechanical Engineer (equity-based founding team role)

This is an equity-based role for a Senior Electromechanical Engineer located in US or Canada with flexibility to work hybrid in Montreal or Cambridge, MA. The Senior Electromechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electro-mechanical and structural technologies, systems. Day-to-day tasks include working on system integration, troubleshooting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project requirements are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering

Excellent R&D Skills

Demonstrated high performance and collaboration capabilities

Experience with design, simulation, system integration and testing

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Experience in a startup or consulting is good

Strong understanding of HVAC, power systems, robotics, industrial design, mechatronics
