iO Associates are delighted to be recruiting for a well regarded early stage biotech company based in Boston. Due to new headcount growth they are adding a Senior Data Scientist to join their existing team. This role will involve leading end-to-end analytics, from data ingestion to statistical analysis, modeling, and more.

Role Summary:

You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing computational and statistical methodologies for autoantibody-based target and biomarker discovery. Collaborating cross functionally to translate findings into practicle insights.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement computational and statistical methodologies for target and biomarker discovery

- Build pipelines to integrate data from various sources.

- Define and maintain computable cohorts and phenotypes

- Conduct association studies

- Present insights to stakeholders, both internally and externally

Essential Skills & Experience:

- PhD (or MS with equivalent experience)

- 2+ years experience analyzing large biomedical real-world datasets

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL

- Strong statistical and ML

- Excellent communication and project management skills
