The
Senior Brand Managerwill be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Valvoline Heavy Duty brand and ensuring success against the brand's business objectives. The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction and brand success for our heavy-duty lubricant segment. The Senior Brand Manager will play a crucial role in accelerating profitable share growth within the Heavy Duty Business Unit by developing and executing brand-building initiatives and strategic platforms that support our Heavy Duty products. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, brand growth, marketing initiatives, positioning strategy, brand awareness, product management, brand equity, and key account support. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for the Heavy Duty Marketing organization, including finding, developing, and leading the marketing talent for the team.
