Senior Bokkeeper/Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experience and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the full accounting cycle, provide timely financial insights to management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full cycle bookkeeping, including, AP, AR, Payroll, payroll remittances, GST, etc.

- Resolve discrepancies

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management.

- Calculate and process EFT's

- Manage sales tax, WCB, licenses, fees and other external administrative costs.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience.

- Strong knowledge of Canadian GAAP and tax regulations.

- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Sage 50.

- Intermediate + experience with Excel.

- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexible, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement .

- Fluent in English

- Own transportation as must.

- Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping is a asset.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
