Senior Analyst, Volumetric Accounting

The Senior Analyst, Volumetric Accounting is responsible for ensuring all movements of crude are properly recorded in SAP.

This role can be based in Houston, TX or Bartlesville, OK.

Responsibilities May Include

Advising Managed Service Provider who performs crude reconciliation

Directly preparing and entering crude reconciliation into Blackline

Communicating unreconciled issues to the appropriate parties for resolution

Building relationships and partnering with Refining, Commercial, Movement Capture Analysts, Billing, Transportation, FP&A, and various other groups

Required Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum of 15 Accounting hour

Proficient/Advanced in Microsoft Exce

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of SAP FI and MM

Strong communication, analytical, and reconciliation skills

Self-starter who prioritizes, multi-tasks, has attention to detail, and meets deadlines

Experience in inventory accounting and/or the oil and gas industry
