SENIOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST – CALGARY (CAT)

The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst works alongside and supports the Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

- Generate and distribute AR-related reports utilizing Power BI, Salesforce, and OpenInvoice reporting features.

- Set-up and maintain customer invoice files.

- Enter and post product and service invoices according to established department procedures. This could include both manual typing and electronic invoicing.

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.

- Collaborate with sales and customer teams to resolve customer billing issues.

- Follow up on delinquent accounts to secure payment dates and amounts.

- Provide guidance and training to junior members of the AR team.

- Willingness to assist in additional tasks/projects outside of regular responsibilities.

- Ensure that Trican's core value, "Safe equipment and operations" is the priority in all activities

Experience & Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years related experience.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with Oracle, Fieldglass, and Ariba is an asset.

- Detail-oriented and organized with a high degree of accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented and organized with a high degree of accuracy.

- Experience with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).

- Experience with SQL (beginner) and Oracle Reports is a plus.
