To join our team as a Senior Account Manager! You will support EV programs in partnership with the utility. In this role, you’ll build relationships in the local market and guide customers and trade allies through available EV charging incentives. You’ll manage customer relationships, verify installations and documentation, and provide training on technical specifications and program requirements. The role also includes selling technical products and developing strategies to increase savings acquisition.
Successful candidates will reside in Indianapolis, Indiana for travel within the city.

- Maintain current accounts and develop new accounts for large savings and/or revenue goals for more than one program, including cross-practice account relationships.
- Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers. Design and deliver proposals.
- Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field such as transportation logistics, vehicle operations, automotive services, or EV infrastructure support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong ability to navigate and use Excel for tracking
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus, especially in managing customer interactions and application workflows
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong customer service orientation; comfortable engaging with contractors and stakeholders
- This role follows a standard Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In addition, attendance at quarterly in-person outreach events with stakeholders is required, which may occasionally be scheduled on a Saturday or weekend.
- Are at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Mileage reimbursement for travel within Indianapolis
