About the Role

As a 3D Web Developer, you will be instrumental in architecting and building the dynamic, interactive front-ends of our core products. You will transform complex data and AI-driven concepts into fluid, intuitive, and visually stunning 3D web experiences. This position requires a masterful blend of technical expertise in web graphics and a strong aesthetic sense to push the boundaries of what's possible on the web.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated, real-time 3D interactive websites and applications.

● Utilize WebGL, Three.js, and GSAP to create complex animations, micro-interactions, and high-performance 3D scenes.

● Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, AI engineers, and product managers to translate concepts into polished, production-ready digital experiences.

● Integrate 3D elements seamlessly with front-end frameworks and content platforms to build cohesive user journeys.

● Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring a flawless user experience on all devices.

● Develop and implement custom shaders for advanced visual effects.

● Champion best practices in front-end architecture, code quality, and performance.

● Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and trends in interactive web development.

● 2+ years of professional front-end development experience, with a strong focus on 3D graphics.

Qualifications Required:

● Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, WebGL, and Three.js.

● Extensive experience with animation libraries such as GSAP.

● Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to execute complex design specifications.

● Proven experience with performance optimization techniques for web applications.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex projects from conception to launch.

Preferred (Bonus Points):

● Experience with creative coding, generative art, or data visualization.

● Familiarity with back-end technologies and RESTful APIs for integrating dynamic content.

● Experience working on SaaS products or AI-driven platforms.

● Knowledge of 3D modeling and asset optimization pipelines (e.g., Blender, Spline).
